Project Description
In 2010 Gene’s Sausage Shop & Delicatessen marked its 38th anniversary by adding a rooftop beer garden to the historic Chicago building. Bison modular 2x2 Ipê Smooth 8-Plank Wood Tiles were laid atop Bison Versadjust Pedestals in a parquet pattern to provide visual interest and contrast to the linear wood planks of the numerous picnic tables. The rooftop deck provides patrons an outdoor dining area where they can enjoy their food and beverage purchases alongside a view of the iconic Chicago skyline.
