A vintage, high-rise building in the Lakeview East neighborhood of Chicago, The Belmont by Reside is a timeless classic. Upgraded and renovated, the former hotel brings forward a contemporary lifestyle full of elegance and charm for the apartment tenants. The studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments feature open-concept layouts with premium finishes and fixtures, while the community amenities and services provide everything a tenant could ever want or need for a comfortable apartment living experience! The building community comes outfitted with a rooftop deck with sprawling views of the Belmont Harbor. Gas-fueled grills, a fire pit, and a fresh herb garden are some of the many amenities provided on the rooftop. The deck was constructed using Bison Ipê Smooth 8-Plank Wood Tiles and concrete pavers supported by Bison Versadjust Pedestals.
