Project Description
Debuting in 2012, the Genesee Apartment and Townhome complex offers luxury urban living to Bloomington, Minnesota residents. Designed by Elness Swenson Graham Architects, the rooftop deck is constructed from Bison 2x2 FSC® Massaranduba Wood Tiles supported by Bison Versadjust Pedestals. The rooftop deck provides the complex inhabitants with outdoor cooking and conversation areas, as well as sweeping views of the city. The commercial grade, responsibly harvested, Bison hardwood tiles are weather resistant and available in standard and FSC® Certified (SCS-COC-002585) species. Bison FSC® Wood species include Ipê, Cumaru, Massaranduba, and Garapa. Smooth or ribbed finish available, depending on wood species.
