Project Description
This rooftop deck in Venice Beach, Florida not only provides the commercial building owners with added value and additional square footage, it also provides tenants and/or customers access to the outdoors and fresh air. Research has shown that spending time outdoors is beneficial to mental health. It can ease symptoms of depression, enhance memory and cognitive function, reduce stress, and improve creative thinking and problem solving. This particular rooftop deck was constructed using Bison Ipê Ribbed Wood Tiles supported by Bison Versadjust Pedestals.
