- Decks on-grade (on ground)
- Decks over cracked concrete patios
- Decks on streets, curbsides & parking lots

Bison Wood Deck Tiles are...
- Three times harder than Red Oak
- Class A Fire Rated
- Highly durable and long-lasting

Bison Wood Tiles are ideal for blending the beauty and upscale appearance of real wood.  They are commercial grade, constructed with stainless steel screws and can be periodically treated with oil to preserve and enhance their original color or left untreated to develop a natural aged finish.

Installation with Bison Fastening Kit

Bison Wood Tile
Fastening Kit

Model: FS1

Introduced in 2009, the new and improved Bison Fastening Kit (Model FS1) attaches Bison Wood Tiles to our Deck Supports.  Model FS1 includes a washer and screw. This new FS1 improves installation speed by eliminating the anchor and the washer is partially cut out so that Wood Tiles may be installed and removed easily (by rotating the washer.)

The Bison Fastening Kit does not penetrate the wood tiles and is not visible once installed.  Bison Wood Tiles are designed with a special slot which houses the FS1 washer.

Bison recommends the use of Bison Deck Supports and the FS1 Fastening Kit when installing Bison Wood Tiles. The Bison pedestal/wood tile system installs quickly and securely. The FS1 Fastening Kit, available exclusively from Bison, fastens wood tiles to the pedestals without penetrating or damaging the wood.

Place washer between the bottom rail of the tile and the upper slat. Screw FS1 screw through the FS1 washer, into center hole of spacer tabs and into pedestal. Make sure that washer hooks all corners of wood tiles and then tighten. To remove a wood tile: Loosen screw and using screwdriver, rotate washer to unhook wood tile.
